As the 2009/10 draws to a close, both Bristol Academy Flyers and Trowbridge Basketball Clubs will look back on their most successful season to date. Thoughts in both clubs now turn to friends, coaches and players who will once again gather from all over the country on Saturday 15th May at 6pm at the Filton college WISE Campus to honour the memory of Matthew Bromley.
The Bromley Family decided they wished to do something to support young players who share Matthew's love of basketball. To this aim 'The Matthew Bromley Foundation' for Basketball Development has been set up and will provide funding for young players from the two clubs to develop their basketball skills.
Infromation about the Foundation will be availble during the memorial game this Saturday. We hope to see you all there on Saturday for a great evening of Basketball.
